It really is. We decided to offer the Basic edition of our system for translators to all users free of charge without any limitations on functionalities. When you download and install QuaHill Basic now, you can use it free of charge as long as you wish.
The only limitation is that users with a purchased license of QuaHill Basic are entitled to on-line support via e-mail and chat on our website. All users without exception are naturally provided with a manual which forms part of the system, and any resources available on our website (e.g., video tutorials).
