Price lists
Global Price List
The global price list is the official price list of the agency which is valid for all clients who have not agreed on individual prices.
Client price list
Each client can agree on individual prices with the agency; these are recorded in the client's details. If a QuaHill user automatically fills in prices per unit in a quote or project jobs, the client's price list is superior to the global price list. This means that the system first searches for the price in the client's details and if it is not found, the price from the agency's global price list is used. Subsequently, the user is informed which price list the price comes from.

Each vendor's details can include a service price list. Prices can be edited using the vendor portal.

Is it possible to export the global price list from the system?
Yes. Any user with access rights for editing a global price list can export it into an MS Excel file.
Can global price list prices be imported into a client's price list?
Yes. It is possible to import services from a global price list into a client's price list and subsequently edit prices.
If there are various departments in an agency, can their departments have different prices in the global price list?
Yes. The price in the global price list is always linked to a particular department.
